Development of Fouling-Control Strategy for Ceramic Membrane Bioreactor Applied in Partial Nitrification Process

چکیده
A lab-scale ceramic membrane bioreactor (MBR) with active membrane-fouling control system was developed for the partial nitrification (PN) process. The in situ cleaning method applied to remove contaminants on surface of no interruption wastewater treatment. results showed that device increased critical flux and reduced gel layer resistance (Rg) internal (Ri) flat-sheet by inhibiting formation cake layer. In long-term experiments, nitrite oxidizing bacteria (NOB) successfully suppressed, accumulation rate (NAR) achieved at a high level, up 90.09%; effluent NO2−-N/NH4+-N maintained balance dynamically an average ratio ~1.30, which would be beneficial proliferation Anammox following autotrophic nitrogen removal (ANR) Moreover, assistance cleaning, energy input from aeration significantly reduced, while over avoided more stable PN performance.
